Canyon and his friend Abe had a photo shoot the other day. We put them in the pile of pumpkins outside of Albertsons. Abe was not in the mood for pictures. It was pretty funny, the second we put Abe and Canyon in the pumpkins Abe decided that he needed to poop. It was a very short photo shoot.

new house, new garage door.

We went for a walk today. I walked past a car and saw our reflection and this is what I saw. Canyon sleeping.

This morning I was eating some bacon and eggs. Canyon was eying my food. His puppy dog eyes didn't work. I didn't give him any food. I told him in 8 months he can have some.

So this is our new house. Yeah!! We just got a new garage door installed. We move at the end of the month. Yeah again!!!

I got these baby leg warmers for Canyon. I LOVE them. They were perfect at the doctors office when Canyon got his shots. We pulled them down, got the shots and then we were on our way.

Canyon had his 4 month doctors appointment yesterday. He is 25 inches long and weighs 14 lbs 15 oz. He is is the 50th percentile for height and weight, but 75th percentile for the size of his head. He has a big head to hold his big brains, right??



Daddy woke Canyon up from a nap. This is what we get when Canyon wakes up.

Anniversary

This picture kills me. It was so funny when I put this spider puppet on Canyon. Thanks Cindy for the awesome puppets. I have been having fun with them.

Huh!!!

Today is mine and John's 7th anniversary. It is so crazy how time has gone by so quick. It is hard to imagine life without him and Canyon. I was thinking about our relationship this morning after Canyon's 4 am feed. It is funny that when I first met John I thought he was a little crazy, but after our first date I knew we would marry. And now we are 7 years in and going strong.

We are getting ready to move into our house at the end of the month. This is very exciting. I can't wait to have a place to call my own and decorate and paint it the way I want.

Canyon rolled over the other day. I am not sure if it was a fluke. We are practicing on rolling and eating some cereal. When I give him bites of cereal he gets the funniest face. Almost like he is saying "Ewww what is that." Then he realizes it's not so bad and swallows. Then with the next bite he has that same face "Ewww what is that", realizes it's not that bad and swallows. He does that through the whole feed. I will try to get a picture of that face. It is hillarious.
